AI in everyday work · for small and mid-sized businesses

AI for small businesses that actually helps.

An assistant that knows your own documents: search, summarise, prepare. For any business where the paperwork runs alongside the actual work, set up by people who already organise their own that way.

The path from routine work back to selling.

Between “I have no time for that” and an assistant that keeps your back free there are three stations. None of them requires you to become an IT professional. And they apply to every business, whether workshop, office or online store: the routine is the same.

1
Stage 1 · The routine

This is how paperwork eats your selling day.

Emails, receipts, quotes, the same questions over and over: tasks that come back every week and all stand in front of the actual work. Not hard, but many, and always left with you.

In the AI workday check we look at your day together and find the one task where an assistant gives back the most time.

2
Stage 2 · The assistant

This is how an assistant that knows your paperwork works.

We set up a knowledge assistant that knows your own documents: price lists, contracts, manuals, records. You ask, it searches, summarises and prepares.

It does not act on its own, and it does not guess from the internet: it works with your knowledge, set up with data minimization on a business plan. You stay in charge of your data.

3
Stage 3 · The training

This is how you learn to work with it on your own.

The training is the real core of the starter: we personally stay with you or someone on your team, until the work runs safely on its own. No jargon, no dependency on us.

After that the assistant belongs to your day like the register: a tool you operate, not a project you administer.

Stage 4 · Afterwards

And after that? It grows at your pace.

What starts with one person and one task can be extended step by step: more tasks, more people, whole departments. Every step is tested in practice before the next one comes. On request we keep your assistant in shape with workflow upkeep for $165 a month, 12 month minimum term : updating, readjusting, letting it grow along.

The path does not end at setup, it ends in a working day that belongs to you again.

We do not sell anything we do not use ourselves.

The tools we set up run in our own day-to-day business. That is the difference between consulting and practice.

Has long run his own online retail with AI: preparing receipts for the books, analyzing sales, preparing product data. Whatever he sets up for you he has tested in his own business first, learned in store, lived online.

Patrick Schneider

Makes sure the assistant is set up cleanly from the start: privacy-first, on a business plan, with clear access rules. For us security is not an afterthought, it is part of the setup.

Two ways businesses come to us.

Deliberately labeled as examples: they show the approach, not a specific client.

Example scenario

I am drowning in admin work.

An owner spends his evenings on supplier emails and receipts instead of selling. The workday check finds the biggest time sink, the assistant takes over the searching and preparing, the training makes the owner independent. The paperwork shrinks, the time for advising customers grows.

Example scenario

I want to use AI, but I do not know where to start.

A store wants "something with AI", but without open-heart surgery. We deliberately start small: one person, one task, cleanly set up and trained. Only when that holds up in everyday work does the next step come. No catalog, no overselling, a path at the pace of the business.

Flat rate up front. No surprises.

A clear starting point, optional maintenance: you know before we start what it costs.

Answered briefly.

What does the AI starter package cost for a small business?

The AI starter costs $2,200 flat. That includes the AI workday check, setting up an assistant that knows your own documents, and personal training until you work with it confidently on your own. We can take on the upkeep of those workflows for $165 a month, with a 12 month minimum term and one month notice to the end of the term.

Do I need prior AI knowledge?

No. The training is the core of the starter: we show you or someone on your team everything in person and stay with you until the work runs safely on its own. You need no AI knowledge and no IT department.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays with you. The assistant is set up on a business plan, not on a personal account, and we grant only the access the task at hand actually needs. You remain the controller of your data. We set things up and make you capable, we do not take over. Anything we run for you beyond that, meaning website, contact form and fonts, sits on servers in Germany, under some of the strictest data protection rules in the world. Whatever commitments the respective provider makes on processing and storage location, we put in front of you before we set anything up.

What can the assistant actually do?

It knows your own documents: price lists, contracts, manuals, records. You ask, it searches, finds, summarises and prepares. We start with the one task that gives back the most time and expand from there at your pace. That applies to the trade business just as much as to the practice or the restaurant, and equally to businesses that sell mainly online.

Let us talk about your working day.

A conversation between equals, free and without obligation: we look at your business together and say openly whether and where an assistant pays off for you. Honest, concrete, no sales talk.
