How long am I committing for?
Support runs for a minimum of twelve months, after that with one month notice to the end of the term. At $99 a month that is $1,188 a year; at $219 it is $2,628; at $540 it is $6,480. The term is not a contractual trap, it is the nature of the work: visibility on Google and in AI answers does not appear in eight weeks. Anyone who stops after three months has paid without seeing the result.
How long until the website is live?
Usually one week. If there is no brand look yet and we develop the logo, colours and typefaces alongside it, two. What decides the pace is how quickly your content reaches us. The roadmap states what we need from you and when, so nothing sits waiting.
What do we have to provide ourselves?
Less than you think. We write the copy, we design the images, the technical side is ours anyway. What we need from you is what only you know: what you offer, what your customers ask, what sets you apart. We cover that in one or two conversations, not in homework. We present the finished copy to you, and two rounds of revisions are included. Anything beyond that is billed by time and effort, with the amount agreed beforehand.
What if we do not want to continue after the intro call?
Then that is that. The intro call is free and without obligation, there is no catch and no follow-up sequence. The quote that follows is free as well and does not commit you. You are only committed once you accept it.
Where is our data held?
Your site runs on servers in Germany, under some of the strictest data protection rules in the world. It loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, scripts and images all sit with us. That is also why this site has no cookie banner, because nothing is set that you would need to consent to. If you sell into Europe, that setup is not a detail, it is a requirement. Your message from the contact form reaches us through Microsoft 365, processed within the European Union.
Do you work outside your area?
